How I think about software
If people have to stop and
figure it out, it is not done.
I build for the person at the other end of the screen. The words need to be easy to read. The next step needs to be obvious. The software needs to do its job without making someone work to understand it. User experience is the foundation, not the finishing touch.
What I do
Get clear on who will use the product, what they need to do, and what is getting in their way.
Make the product clear, organized, and recognizably yours without hiding the important parts.
Turn the work into a responsive site or app that is ready for people to use.
